Service

Stitchly helps you organize crochet and knitting projects, count rows and repeats, keep notes, view locally selected PDF patterns, and track your yarn stash.

Local-First Service

The current release does not provide Stitchly accounts, cloud backup, cross-device sync, or advertising. Your project records remain on your device unless you choose to back up your device through operating-system features. Pro purchase status is handled separately by Apple and RevenueCat and does not upload your craft records.

No Professional Advice

The app is a planning, organization, or record-keeping tool only. It does not provide payroll, tax, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice unless a future product specification and required compliance review explicitly support that use case.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the records, reminders, exports, and notes you create. Verify important information before relying on it for work, legal, health, financial, or other high-impact decisions.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the app to violate laws, infringe rights, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected components, or misuse support channels.

Paid Features

When Stitchly offers Pro, the purchase screen and Apple's confirmation sheet show the actual product, localized price, billing period or one-time-purchase status before confirmation. Subscription products, if selected, renew automatically unless canceled through your App Store account at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Purchases can be restored from Settings. Billing, cancellation, and refund handling follow Apple's App Store rules.

Intellectual Property

The app design, text, code, icons, and other product materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain responsibility for the content you create in the app.

Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app where reasonable. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by device issues, operating system changes, network problems, app store availability, or third-party services.

Privacy

Use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The privacy links in the app and store listing should match the current release.
